Winners are responsible for all taxes, if any, assessed on prizes awarded. The prizes do not include spending money, meals, gratuity, transportation costs, service charges, insurance and other expenses or items not specifically described as part of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
